Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days and our delivery time is 3-4 business days. The total delivery time is 3-6 business days.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped out, you will receive the tracking information via e-mail. You can use the tracking to track your order and see the estimated delivery.

Do I need to pay for the shipping costs?

No, Lambello offers free shipping on all orders!

Why do I see two separate shipments?

If you ordered multiple items it is possible we sent out your order in separate shipments. We do this to cut expenses. Don't worry, all packages will be delivered!

Returns & Refunds

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, you can return your order up to 30 days after receipt.

How can I return my order?

You can register for a return by contacting our customer support, they will provide you with the exact return instructions.

Do I have to pay for the return costs?

Yes and no, if you want to return your order because your choice has been changed, the return costs will not be refunded. The return costs are on average $15,30 per parcel, depending on the carrier and the size of the order.

Should you wish to return the item because there are problems with your order such as damage or defect? Then Lambello will pay the return costs.

How long do refunds take?

The full order amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days after we received the return shipment.

Payments

Can I receive an invoice?

Yes, when you place your order, our e-mail system will send you a order confirmation. Attached to the e-mail you will find the invoice for the order. If you did not get the e-mail or invoice, then please contact our customer support team. We will e-mail you the invoice manually.

Do you charge extra costs for a specific payment method?

No, we do not charge extra costs for a specific payment method. All costs are mentioned at the checkout.

Other Questions

I received a different order, what now?

If you received a different product than the one your ordered, then two orders have been switched. You can contact our customer support team, they will manually create a new order for you (free of charge), so you will receive the right product after all.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, we offer 1-year warranty on all products!

How do I use a discount code?

You can use a discount code by proceeding to the checkout page. At the checkout page you will find a box where you can apply the discount code.

I placed an order but did not get an order confirmation, what now?

If you did not receive an order confirmation it means that something went wrong with our automation. You can contact our customer support, they will manually re-send the order confirmation e-mail so you will receive it after all.
