From the moment you contact our customer service about your return, it will be processed. Due to busy times, we may not be able to respond immediately, but your request will be processed as soon as possible. Sending multiple emails is not necessary.

Are you not satisfied with your order for any reason? If so, please contact us via the contact page. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and are happy to help you.
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.


Return conditions

Return policy: You may return a product within 30 days of receipt.

Refund: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original shipping cost.

Return costs: The cost of return shipping is for your own account. These are on average $15,30 per package, depending on your carrier.

Condition of the product: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.

Return process

  1. Report your return at info@lambello.com or via the contact page.
  2. Package the product properly and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  3. Send your return via a carrier with Track & Trace and keep your shipping receipt.
  4. Refund:Once your return is received and processed, the amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.

 

Damaged or Wrong Products

Did you receive a damaged or wrong product?

  • Please contact us at info@lambello.com within 30 days of receipt.
  • Send us a photo showing the damage or error clearly.
  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund.


Return Exclusions

Some products cannot be returned:

  • Sealed products where the seal is broken.
  • Custom and personalized products.
  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature (such as hygiene products).

 

Manufacturing defects or Defects after Use

  • This applies only to manufacturing defects and not to normal wear and tear.
  • Exclusion of parts such as batteries, brake pads, tires and other wear parts.

Exchanges

We do not offer the possibility of exchanges.
If you require a different product, please return the unwanted product using the return procedure described above. You can then place a new order for the desired product.
This will ensure that you receive your new product faster and avoid unnecessary delays in the process.

 

Return Processing Fee

We do not charge an additional fee for processing returns.
An approved return will be refunded in full, including the original shipping cost.
There is no restocking fee, regardless of the reason for the return.
