Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below is all the information regarding our shipping terms, delivery times and shipping costs.

 

Processing and Shipping

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Shipping time: 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Total expected delivery time: 3-6 business days (including processing time).
  • Orders placed before 17:00 will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number to track your package.

 

Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no additional shipping costs, regardless of the size or value of your order.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped so you can easily track your package.

 

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that will allow you to track your package. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours to see the tracking information.

Not at home on delivery?

The courier will leave a message with further instructions.
Your package may be re-delivered or delivered to a pickup point.
Uncollected packages will be returned. In this case, charges may apply.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

Received damaged package?
Take photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt and contact us at info@lambello.com. 

We will provide a free replacement or refund immediately.


Package not received?

If your package has not arrived more than 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

After 30 days without delivery, the order may be refunded or reshipped.


International shipping and customs fees

  • We currently ship to Australia only. Please note that:
  • International shipments may be subject to customs and import duties.
  • Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us at info@lambello.com within 12 hours of ordering, we can only change the address if the order has not yet been processed.

What happens if my package is returned because I was not home?

If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you for a new delivery attempt. Be sure to pick up your package at a pickup point in a timely manner to avoid return shipping.
